Overview
Specific Welding Skills:
- Ability to pass a 3f and 4f weld test using GMAW process on ¼” material
- Good verbal communication skills with other employees
- Positive attitude
- Open minded with a vision for continuous improvement
- Ability to understand weld symbols and testing requirements. Specific Physical Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. when necessary
- Ability to step over and work on top of fixtures that are 28 inches off the floor when necessary.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Experience welding structural steel members using (mig) wirefeed processes
- Ability to understand weld symbols and testing requirements
- Understand and follow proper safety instructions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experienced in 3f and 4f position welding
- Other duties may be added as needed by supervision
2nd shift position – Mon-Fri 3pm until 11:30pm (Hours and days are subject to change based on workload)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
