JOB DESCRIPTION
Webco Mill Supply is looking for an entry level Welder/Fabricator to join our team! The Welder will be responsible for fabrication and assembly of both new and repaired machine parts for the sawmill industry.
This role would be perfectly suited to someone who has completed their C Level welding certification and is looking to gain experience.
Responsibilities will include:
- Repair and fabrication of various machine parts
- Operate welding equipment and other metalworking tools and machinery
- Operate hydraulic press – 100 ton
- Ensure quality and other necessary documentation is completed
- Read and interpret drawings, work orders and other manufacturing specifications to accurately layout, weld and fabricate parts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to follow work orders and instructions
- Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to fine detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work as part of a team
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Technical and mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs
MINIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, & EXPERIENCE
- C Level Welder Certified minimum
- Familiarity with machine shop safety practices
- Forklift Certified (preferred)

Compensation flexible based on experience.
