Overview
We are high end boat dock company looking to add an experienced Structure erector to our team to possibly be groomed into a foreman position. The crews construct luxurious boat docks (1 story & 2 story) that are fabricated in our shop, we need someone with experience reading blueprints, welding and fabrication, sheet metal roofing & skirting (R-panel), machinery operation and everything involved in erecting and finishing structures. Experience with gable and hip roofs is a must.
Must not be afraid of hard work and doing whatever it takes to get the job done without cutting any corners, as well as lots of leadership skills. Someone who will be here every day on time, sober ready to put in work they are proud of. We are currently working 48-60 hrs per week (overtime is time and a half) and can keep it that way year round.
