Full time Sheetmetal Fabrication Supervisor.

Clydeside is seeking an experienced supervisor who will manage all day-to-day manufacturing aspects of the Sheetmetal manufacturing plant.

Examples of Duties:

 Supervises, assigns and coordinates all work activities.

 Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.

 Manages the safety and wellbeing of your team.

 Planning manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.

 Upskilling and development of the team.

 Create a motivated and engaged workforce.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 Knowledge of supervisory principals, practices and techniques.

 Knowledge of Sheetmetal and welding techniques.

 Skill in estimating time and materials requirements required to deliver orders.

 Skilled in operating key machinery, brake press and punch.

 Skilled at taking a detailed drawing, give clear direction to the team to manufacture.

 Skilled in both verbal and written communication.

Experience of working within a similar environment would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.00-£17.00 per hour
