Overview

We are looking for skilled Mig welders, to cut and join metals and other materials at the facilities.Your job is important as it provides the foundation of STRONG infrastructure. Room for GROWTH!

Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints and drawing and take or read measurements to plan layout and procedures
  • Set up components for welding according to plans and specifications
  • Operate angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded
  • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws
  • Align components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions

Required:

  • Must have steady hands and great attention to detail
  • Knowledge of different kinds of metals and their properties is essential
  • Experience in MIG (gmaw) is required
  • Experience in using an variety of welding equipment and procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
  • Ability to pass AWS D1.1 3G on plate test is REQUIRED, plus D1.3 sheet metal test D1.1 4G (if required )
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Professional certification from trade school (AWS welding certificate will also be a plus)
