Overview
1. Build lawnmower decks to meet build specifications
2. Proficient in assigned welding techniques
3. Use plasma cutter as needed to meet build specifications
4. Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbology
Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys
Working knowledge of fixturing and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)
Effective use of conventional and precision measuring instruments
Perform process inspection to assure quality welds
5. Perform basic maintenance on welding equipment
6. Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
