Carolina Custom Products, Inc, located in Union Grove, NC is a leading manufacturer of premium truckbeds. We are currently hiring experienced welders. Career advancement opportunities are available for those who excel in their field. The following are current hours available for Welding opportunities:
Full Time First: Monday thru Thursday from 7:00am—4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am with overtime hours available.
Welders are responsible for building truckbeds, dump bodies and small parts using the MIG welding method; Ability to read blue prints is necessary. Advanced Welders would also be proficient in welding Stainless Steel. Expert Welders are proficient in welding SS and Aluminum material. In-house training is available to help employees advance to levels where the need is present.
Qualified candidates need to be proficient in reading a tape measure and are able to perform basic math functions.
Pay will be based on experience and skill level. Cross training and advancement opportunities are determined upon skills/qualifications and job performance.
