  • Given all required equipment for (stainless steel) TIG welding
  • Measure and align workpieces using straightedges, clamps, and calipers
  • Work as team to establish better goals and the completion of jobs
  • Learn from other team members to better your skill
  • Ensure compliance with established health/safety policies and regulations
  • Establish daily / weekly goals to get out product out the door
  • Oversee the set-up of TIG welding equipment
  • Operate power and hand tools such as arc welders, buffing machine, and drills
  • Maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of stainless steel
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes
  • Carry out preventative maintenance on all equipment
  • Ensure welding operations meet set specifications & requirements
  • Oversee the training and mentoring of new and trainee TIG welders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $28.00 per hour
