Job Description
As a Welding Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively lead a team of 2 or more co-workers in day-to day work operations and maintain a positive work atmosphere
Communicates effectively within the team and with support departments
Regularly provides feedback in their area of responsibility to appropriate management
Assist with routine administrative tasks and department back-up functions
Provide feedback on a regular basis in designated area to appropriate management
Participate as an active member of the production assembly team and assembly of products as required
