We are looking for our next Sales Professional with a love of design, and the desire to be a part of a high performing team! Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, in the role of a Business Development Manager -Fabricator you will have a keen interest in sales, a passion for success, and drive to achieve your goals! You will be a brand champion, furthering our growth and market penetration in your territory.

Assisting RSM in day-to-day activities for the Fabricator team

Conducting Weekly calls with team & management where needed

Reviewing Sales performance with the team & management

Customer, peer, and manager feedback (e.g., commendations, complaints)

Providing accurate Sales forecast by month to RSM

Conducting Business reviews by customer and providing action plans to improve performance.

Proactively support the rollout of various regional and national organizational initiatives, ensuring all markets have necessary information to ensure successful completion of work.

Special projects as required or assigned.

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated experience working with frontline customers (i.e. kitchen & bath showrooms, design centers, residential home builders)

Previous sales experience within the Kitchen & Bath industry a plus.

Proficient in MS-Office applications such as Excel and Power Point; experience with SalesForce CRM a plus

Dependable and team oriented with the ability to work independently

Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and projecting a positive company image to the public

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; analytical mindset

Creative and coachable with a solutions-based disposition

Must possess a valid state driver license

Key Relationships:
Full range of channel customers including A&D, Builder, K&B accounts, with specific and primary focus on the Fabricator account base

Ontario Regional Manager

Other Corporate Team Members (Canada-wide)

External Contacts (owners, suppliers, etc.)

Working Conditions:
 Frequent travel, often up to several hours of driving per day.

Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations.

Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.

Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to variable weather conditions is likely
