Overview
The Fabricator/Welder performs welding operations per specifications, codes, and print requirements.
o Follow directions as set forth by supervisor or lead person
o Follow prepared fencing/rail/gate codes and quality standards
o Read and understands blueprints
o Use metric and English measurements
o Use heating torch to straighten, curve and camber
o Use cutting torch to burn material to length
o Basic understanding of shop drawings
o Basic math skills/fit tolerances
o Read and interpret weld procedures and symbols
o Must have Welding and Fabrication experience- Mig and Tig

Prolonged periods of standing in manufacturing plant
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
