What a Production Welder will do:
- Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
- Perform work allocated to production standards
- Work from process sheets and blueprints
- Work within close tolerance and maintain high quality welds
- Troubleshoot and problem solve weld issues
What you need to become a Production Welder:
- Welding diploma from Technical College or 2 years of welding experience
- Thorough knowledge of all types of wire feed or MIG welding procedures
- Experience working with blueprints
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to work as a team
