Position Fabricator / Installer – Trainee
Compensation: Based on Candidates experience and skill level
Category – Light Construction / Home Improvement doors windows

The Job ** Time Allocation ** First Year

  • Customize and fabricate retractable screens for doors and windows (**in shop

40%-50%**)

  • Product information consultant (**on site 20-30 %**)
  • Service Calls Install Retractable Screen for doors and windows (**20 – 30%**)
  • Occasional weekend work may be required during spring/summer.

You do not need experience in the retractable screen product category. General working knowledge from any of the below categories would suffice. Full Training is provided.

  • General construction
  • Understanding of mechanics / shop
  • Door and window installation
  • Carpentry
  • Garage door installation
  • Handyman service experience
  • Interior blind fabrication or installation
  • Awning or Shutter fabrication or installation
  • Caulking experience

To qualify please be prepared to provide the following

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Resume or outline of your skills if you lack work experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: $17.50-$25.00 per hour
