Job Description
T & S Rebar Ltd. Is currently seeking 1 permanent, full time Ironworker Forman (NOC 7201) to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers such as Ironworkers, related apprentices
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
- Communicating to city’s by law officers, WCB inspectors on the site, providing them report of work on the site
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
- Train or arrange for training of workers
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring’s and promotions
Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary school is required.
- 4-5 years experience is required.
Salary: $38.00/hour
