Job Description
We are a Medium sized Metal Recycling Scrap Yard, with lots of big Equipment. We currently have a full time Mechanic who needs some extra help to keep all the equipment running and building new projects all at the same time.
For this position Knowing and understanding Equipment is a must. Also being able to weld is much needed
if you are a Welder Fabricator but also like to pull wrenches, this is also a great fit for you. Understanding that Mechanics is the major roll need but the welding goes along way,
The Job:
We service and maintain all our equipment: Large excavators/cranes, skid steers, forklifts, Large Balers and shears
making and changing hoses, and cylinders
maintaining the buildings and all needs
welding and fixing anything that needs welding
fixing roll off containers and bins
welding new bins and then painting
building anything that needs to be built or created
We are looking for a well rounded team player with a good attitude
You will also get to run the and learn all about or equipment
Experience is needed, tickets or certifications are defiantly a bonus if you have any education background
The level of ability will be considered when deterring the level of compensation
