S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a Metal Finisher (Grinder) to work on our afternoon shift (4:00pm- 2:00am, Mon-Thurs) who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoy working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.
Core Responsibilities
Grind and buff product in preparation for painting
Inspect and effect repair on a defective or substandard weld
Maintain stock levels of needed supplies
Prime and paint product to the required specifications
Deliver product from the paint line to the required location
Hang and offload product
Maintain proper housekeeping of the area
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience using an overhead crane and working with pneumatic air tools, such as grinders and buffing machines
Strong manual dexterity
Team Player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to climb ladders and work on platforms as required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
