S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for experienced and talented CNC Machine Operators who have a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, adjusting, and operating the CNC machine according to work orders and specifications
Set up with minor program / nest changes
Using manual pump trucks, cranes (over head / jib) and lift devices as required to move material and finished product(s)
Monitoring machine operation and perform trouble shooting tactics when necessary
Ensuring parts are manufactured in accordance with quality standards, target plans and verify correct run quantities
troubleshooting and resolving issues as required
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1-year experience as a CNC Machine Operator
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read an imperial tape measure and blueprints
Excellent mechanical/mathematical aptitude and manual dexterity
Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
