Overview
Job Summary:
Produce leak proof welds on tubing, flanges, and blocks using MIG and TIG welding processes.
Job Responsibilities:
· MIG and TIG Welding of Tubes to meet customer requirements
· Applicant must be able to work in a “Job Shop” type environment
· Applicant must be able to work overtime as directed by Management
· Applicant must adhere to ALL safety rules and wear all required safety equipment
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge of MIG and TIG Welding
· Possess a strong mechanical aptitude
· Blueprint reading skills preferred
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and possess good communication skills
· Solid welding and fabrication experience
· Requires minimum direction from Job Leader on repeat projects
· Willing to work overtime as required
· Follow and support James Tool’s AS9100 & ISO9001 processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
– Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and possess good communication skills
– Ability to manage and handle consistent change to day-to-day operations and processes
