a. CSA W178.2, CWB Level 2 Inspector, W47.1/W59.1 duties

c. Welding supervisor duties
d. Responsible for timely completion of all QA/QC documents related to certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, MTR’s, Heat certs, materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents and assists in completion, and review of documents, where required.
e. Responsible for the timely closure of NCR and ensuring appropriate preventative measures in place; ensures documented on NCR listing.
f. Collaborating with Engineer and Shop Foreman to ensure Welding Procedures are followed
g. Performing complete shop inspection and internal quality audits that are compliant with company policies, practices, and procedures and tracking results; reports results to the executive team.
h. Implement safety plans while ensuring that they are being followed daily
i. Carry out weekly inspection walkthroughs and be a liaison with JHSC
j. Works together with Management and JHSC
k. Attend safety walks and inspections before and during each project to analyze safety risks
l. Develop Preventative Maintenance schedules and identify tools and processes.
m. Review Stacking and Steel Placement in both yards
n. Review Training Matrix and Schedule of updates

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
