An industrial engineering company in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia is looking for temporary, full-time welders. This is a great opportunity to work with a well established company who comes to Integrated Staffing for many of their local project needs.
THE COMPANY
From their humble beginnings in the marine repair business, to now providing national manufacturing and repair services to industries such as Oil and Gas, Mining, Power Generation, Manufacturing and National Defense, our client’s regional custom manufacturing/repair facilities can easily facilitate their customers’ and industry’s needs.
THE JOB
Working with our client as a Welder/Fitter you’ll be expected, and responsible for Piping, GTAW procedures, interpreting blueprints, fitting and burning plate/structural, working with aluminum/stainless materials. Some physical aspects of the role do include standing for long periods of time, heavy lifting and pushing/pulling.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate would be a welder/fitter with CWB 4 position flux core. Additionally, you will need to be able to pass a criminal background check and provide your own PPE (including CSA approved steel-toed boots, CSA approved hard hat, and safety gloves).
