Overview
Job purpose
- Perform timely and cost-effective repairs to customer equipment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Weld equipment together
- Operation of all required welding equipment
- Work with a team
- Adjust priorities as needed to meet deadlines and production demands
- Maintain shop safety standards
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in designated work area
- Other related task
- Repair of equipment on chassis frame
Qualifications
- Mechanical skills
- MIG and Stick Welding skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems
- Some basic computer skills
- Own tools preferred
- Self-motivated
- Willing to learn
Working conditions
· 8-10 hour shifts
· Occasional weekend work
· Outdoor garage work areas
Physical requirements
· Ability to stand for 8-10 shift or longer as needed for overtime projects
· Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.
· Ability to routinely bend, squat, and reach overhead
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Welding and Hydraulics: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
