Jurassic Quest is the largest and most realistic dinosaur exhibition in North America. Developed with leading paleontologists, each of the 70+ dinosaurs has been painstakingly replicated in every detail including the most realistic likenesses, movement and sound. Whether their prehistoric counterpart had skin that was scaly, feathers or fur, Jurassic Quest has spared no expense in bringing the dinosaurs to life. Jurassic Quest produced 96 multi-day events in 34 states and Canada and sold over one million tickets in 2019 and has hosted over 2.5 million fans at its Jurassic Quest Drive Thru® touring throughout the country since June 2020.

Position: Various Repair Positions (Temp to Hire)

Job Description: As part of the Jurassic Quest repairs team, you will contribute to the customer experience by providing regular maintenance on the dinosaur attractions to ensure their safe and efficient operation

Reports To: Repairs Manager

How You’ll Make a Difference:

· Electrical-Mechanical Technicians – Responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of animation, special effects, and ride/show mechanical systems.

· Welder – Perform required basic facility and/or maintenance repairs on foreign made assets and attractions.

· Cosmetic Artist/Craftsperson– Creating custom quality designs on company assets and attractions. Fabricate Props using skills such as, but not limited to, designing with foam, industrial sewing, and artistic painting.

What We’re Looking For:

· Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

· Must be able to move maintenance equipment using proper equipment, climb ladders, strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility systems, machines, and equipment.

· Be able to complete tasks assigned within time constraints implied by company guidelines.

· Be able to work independently and have flexibility to work successfully in a team environment when needed.

· Be able to stand, walk, and work for prolonged periods of time in extreme weather conditions.

· Be willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

· Consistently practices safe work habits including, but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment, lifting and reporting of unsafe situations

· Fluent in English; ability to read and speak Chinese is a plus

· Positions available for repairs facility in Conroe, TX or on tour with 100% travel.
