Welder/fitter apprentice. No experience is necessary.

High moral character, hardworking, dedicated, a desire to learn, a desire to advance their own career and to put in the work needed for that, willing to work overtime and weekends, not a complainer, not a gossiper or “bad mouther”, Basic mathematical ability, basic proper use of tools such as a tape measure and wrench, absolutely no criminal behavior on or OFF the job, absolutely no drug use, no excessive vulgar talk, the ability to follow every rule and instruction given.
This apprenticeship starts with a 90-day probation period, and then moves into a 1-year apprenticeship. after your first year you will be given either a welder’s test, or a fitter’s test, if you pass either you will be given a guaranteed pay raise to $20/HR.
