Overview
We currently have an opening for a Senior Welder/Fitter. In this role you will be responsible for creating carbon and stainless steel weldments according to company standards, blueprints and verbal instruction. Working with material ranging from 16ga up to 1/2″ thick you will create weldments used in material handling and packaging systems for the food and beverage industry.

Job Requirements:
Experience with Mig Welding (3 yrs min)
Experience Fitting (3 yrs min)
Experience with Tig Welding (3 yrs min)
Able to create welds free of voids, pitts or inclusions
Proven experience with fitting components and ensuring fit, form and squareness of final product
Must have proven experience Blending and polishing both mild and stainless steel for cosmetic purposes
Experience with metal cutting equipment including Oxy-acetylene Torch, Horizontal and Vertical Band Saws, Grinding and Cutting Wheels (1 yr min)
Own Angle Grinder, Welding Hood, Welding Coat and basic hand tools
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 65 lbs
Valid forklift liscence
Reliable means of transportation
Overtime as required
Ability/Willingness to help in Assembly & Shipping/Receiving as required
