Overview
Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries and include services covering tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.
JOB DUTIES
Comply with company safety rules, as well as OH&S standards
Pipe roll welding using STT/FCAW process
Use positioners and power rolls
Working in fabrication shop, no outdoor welding required
May perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be an Alberta ticketed journeyman (or hold a journeyman certificate recognized by AIT)
Sub Arc experience considered an asset
CSTS-09 or CSTS-20
OSSA/ESC Confined Space
Overhead Crane and Rigging certificate
Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
Pre-employment alcohol and drug testing is a condition of employment

$41.40 base rate + $3.00 Night Shift Premium
