Overview

Seeking welders/fabricators who would be willing and eager to assist in the construction and installation of dairy rotaries and other types of dairy equipment machinery.


Responsibilities

  • Tig welding
  • Fabrication & Pipe fitting
  • Stainless Steel/Sanitary welding
  • Use tools and equipment to complete various jobs.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
  • Must have the ability to work and solve problems independently.
  • Promote and practice proper safety procedures and the correct use of personal protective equipment at all times.
  • Assist with basic shop maintenance, janitorial duties, and/or parts counter.
  • Be mechanically inclined and willing to perform other job duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Quick learner, detail oriented
  • Positive attitude
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
  • Ability to follow directions and work as a team
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from Dimmitt and/or Hereford, Texas.


Experience

Mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and/or welding experience is preferred but we are willing to train someone who is mechanically inclined, punctual, eager, motivated, and hard working.


Education

High School diploma or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, welding, HVAC, and/or pneumatics preferred.
