Professional management and management of employees and cooperation with executives
Conducting training for welding staff
Ensuring welding suitability and occupational safety
Preparation and management of welding instructions, monitoring and examination documents
externally oriented active cooperation with suppliers, partners and customers
Active influence in the product and process development process, in particular on component and equipment design
Experiments on the behaviour of different materials during welding
Process and quality planning as well as co-design of investment and factory planning
Targeted welding data acquisition and evaluation
Process development with adaptation for component-specific aspects
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Completed training as a welding engineer
Professional experience in the industrial environment, particularly in the automotive industry
At least 3 years of experience as a welding supervisor
Analytical and cost-oriented work
Broad and application-ready knowledge base on relevant standards
Extensive knowledge of the state of the art in automation and control technology
Method MAG (CO2), TIG and Resistance
Knowledge of Solid Works
Knowledge of Towbar fatigue testing
Knowledge of Robotic Welding
Must have good MS-Office and knowledge of AutoCad
Must be independent and goal-oriented work
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to speak German it will be an advantage
