Welder-Fitter Custom Steel Fab Shop (Brampton)
Brampton Plate & Structural Steel Rolling Inc. is a progressive family owned Canadian company offering Custom Steel Cutting, Rolling, Forming, Fabricating and CNC Machining for over 30 years.
We are presently looking for Welders & Welder-Fitters with over 3 years experience to work closely with Brampton Plates current team trades (Day Shift: 7:00am — 5:00pm)
Successful Candidates Responsibilities :
- Ability to read and understand drawings / blueprints / welding symbols.
- Experience with MIG welding (GMAW and TIG welding is an asset)
Experience welding stainless steel (304 & 316), and carbon steel (SA516-70 / 44W) material
- Set up welding machines and troubleshoot minor repairs
- Strong organization and time management skills / Ability to multitask
- Ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbal and written
- Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative
- Works safely and in compliance with company policies and Ontario / Regional laws
