Job purpose
The Production Worker / Welder Fabricator plays an important role in the production and assembly of specialized equipment and machinery for TruClear.

Duties and responsibilities

The Production Worker is responsible for the production and assembly of equipment and machinery. Welding fabrication and manufacturing experience is required. A working knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical and plumbing is preferred. Poly welding experience is also preferred.

  • Weld and fabricate with steel and titanium
  • Read and understand instruction manuals and blueprints
  • Position and align components and parts
  • Use hand tools, power tools, machines and specialized equipment to produce and assemble parts and equipment
  • Perform basic plumbing and electrical assembly
  • Conduct quality control checks
  • Clean and maintain work area, tools, and other equipment
  • Ensure all safety standards are met by observing safe working practices and safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain secure, safe and clean working environment
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Welding fabrication and manufacturing experience, welding steel and titanium is required
  • Poly welding and plumbing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented in order to follow instructions verbally and in print
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and machinery
  • Available to work all shifts including: weekends, holidays, evenings and overtime as needed

Working conditions

The Production Worker / Welder Fabricator can be exposed to extreme heat, cold, humidity, precipitation, dusty conditions, mechanical parts, electrical hazards, hazardous chemicals, and noxious fumes and odors. The Production Worker may work shifts for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Must be able to perform the following:

  • Bend and lift loads up to 100lbs safely
  • Ability to climb ladders, steps and ramps safely
  • Frequently load, unload and move bulky equipment
  • Frequently reach above and below shoulders, bend, twist, and squat
  • Continually stand, walk, squat and kneel

Pay: $8.00 – $15.00 per hour
