Overview
Currently looking for 1 person to work around sheet metal and process different parts. Job will require to run our rollformer lines to make metal skin panels. Job will require cutting and bending metal on sheer and brake and using sheet metal tools like snips, nibblers.
Job will be cutting and making various metal parts for doors, panels every day. We are a manufacturer of walkin coolers and freezers for the food industry and are an essential manufacturer of food products for the storage of food products. We are very busy supplying Western Canada insulated panels and doors.
Job will involve also building doors and putting various parts on doors.
knowledge of sheet metal tools an asset.
no sheet metal ticket required.
Alot of repetition products. Mostly 26gu to 18 gu metal. Must be able to lift 75lbs .
wage posted is what we will do for 3 month probabation no exceptions.
We are after someone that can show up every day and not miss work as we cannot continue probation period if possible candidate misses scheduled work during 3 month probation. We are a smaller shop that requires 100% attendance to meet deadlines as we are very busy.
