Overview
Curb Signs Inc manufactures a variety of custom signs and provides sign installation services.
As our Sign Maker, you will be working with our team to create a variety of signage from wayfinding to channel letters to large scale installations. You will also assist with installations on an as needed basis.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday
- Fabrication – 9:00a to 5:00p
- Installation – 6:00a to 6:00p (As needed)
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings (including all measurements) and create cut files based on information
- Operate Laser Cutter, CNC routers, and CNC knife table to cut various materials
- Use tools and equipment to prepare and assemble signage
- Prepare and paint projects
- Place and wire LEDs and related components
- Assist with installations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications / Requirements:
- Previous experience using Adobe Illustrator and CNC software
- Familiarity with various materials in order to fabricate products (e.g. Acrylic, aluminum, etc)
- Welding experience is an asset
- Previous sign industry experience is an asset
