Overview
Supervise manufacturing employees assigned to daily operating tasks while determining best methods,
manage costs, control quality, and quantity of work
Assist in continual updates of CAD database with approved standard designs and configurations by
providing “as built” samples
Manage and allocate raw material cost and inventory
Recommend design changes based on material availability on hand and lean production practices
Develop and implement training, and cross training programs, for all equipment and functions
Recommend staffing levels
Handle all phases of supervision including performance evaluations, merit increase recommendations,
and disciplinary procedures
Insure a safe and clean working environment
Work with management team on the following:
Reporting each station output, production quotas, and finished cost of goods produced per station
Able to create and manage to a budget
Technical knowledge of production operations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to use Auto CAD to develop drawings a plus

Requirements
Qualifications/Experience/Ability Required:
Bachelors degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
Strong computer skills
