What you will do:
Read and interpret work orders
Follow directions given on work orders and by co-workers
Shot blast plate to prep for fabrication
Transport raw materials and finished metal products manually, using hoists or other devices
Grind and deburr sharp edges from metal parts using hand and power tools
Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials
Load and unload metal parts from fixtures and move parts using hand truck or dolly
Operate forklifts, jib and overhead cranes
Perform other duties as required
Your qualifications:
A minimum of one year of related experience
High school diploma
Crane & Rigging experience preferred, certification is an asset
Ability to operate Fork Lift, training may be provided
Knowledge of general safety practices
General knowledge of basic tools and equipment
Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Day Shift Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Weekend Shift, Friday – Sunday 6:00AM – 6:00PM
