Overview
Assembly Fitters
This is an hourly position in which you are responsible for ensuring the work is performed to drawing dimensions and customer specifications. Parts are assembled using a wide variety of techniques, both pre-fabricated and composite materials. Must have knowledge of blueprints and the use of various tools and measuring instruments (verniers, scales, micrometers etc.)
Bond Technicians
This is an hourly position in which you bond a combination of various elements for metal to honeycomb; metal to composite and/or metal to metal. Must be able to perform core cutting, hand fit core, media blasting and have the ability to perform composite & metal-to-metal layup is preferred.
Fabrication Technicians
This is an hourly position in which your initial responsibility will be to fabricate and prepare detail parts using a variety of tools, prepare machines/equipment/tools for job required, layout parts with scribe lines; deburr edges for close tolerance set ups, use proper blocks, dies, templates, sample parts, tapes, check blue prints and specifications as required, ensure proper material and tools match work order, operate brakes, punches (strippet, magnetic etc.), drills, routers (pin, stringer, onsrud, tracer, watkins, travel, hand etc.), operate saws (band, cutoff, table etc.), radius, nibbler, hydro press, joggle press, punch press, drill and rout centre, stretch form, deburr machines (flay & vibro), operate rolls, ovens, heat treat tanks, cranes, lifting devices, shears, cut miters, monitor times for heat treat; ensure proper freezer controls.
