Overview
We are URGENTLY looking for 4 individualswho want to learn to weld. Do you want to get paid to learn to weld? Do you want to join a company who believes in their people and wants to support the development of their careers with their business? Come join us!
$18.00 to start. Trained welders can earn from $22-$28 per hour!
The Training is FREE. You will attend an offsite two-week paid training course where you will learn the fundaments of welding. Upon Successful Completions of Training, you will have learned:
- Fillet Weld Qualification per CSA W47.1
- Forklift & Reach Truck License
- Soft Skills Training Certificate
- Digital Literacy Certificate
- Emergency First Aid w/ CPR-C

We are a CWB certified shop and have several exciting opportunities on our day and afternoon shifts as a Welder. We are a specialized weld shop dealing with high grade material looking for you to join our team and grow.
Qualifications:
The eligibility requirements to apply are:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Able to attend training locations on specified dates
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to crouch, kneel, stoop, bend
- Comfortable with basic computer functionality
- Lives in one of the following areas: Brantford, Brant, Norfolk, Haldimand, Six Nations, New Credit, Hamilton, Kitchener, Cambridge, Waterloo, and Oxford.
- Looking to begin a career in welding OR currently working in a related job and interested in skills upgrading and joining our Cambridge Pro Fab Inc. Team
