Full Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Welder will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Welding

Pre-inspecting hoses

Making sure orders are in order by the due date

Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to understand and follow English instructions.

Basic welding experience required.

Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

Good basic math skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, Overtime if possible.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pouns

Will be sitting 80 percent of the day

Good vision – especially color vision due to color coding

Ability to climb up and down

Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and kneel

Ability to use hand and power tools
