Pipe Welders (Tig/FCAW Carbon Steel) (1st Class)

A Tig/FCAW (Carbon Steel) Pipe Welder prepares and welds pipe and fittings for various material types as specified by construction drawings and technical guidance documents. Must have a minimum of 3 months of (GTAW/FCAW) Pipe Welding experience; and must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on pipe in a 6G position on 2” and 6″ XX pipe using a gas purge with 1/8” root opening with all uphill weld progression and the remaining passes will be FCAW.
