This position is based in our Salado, Texas facility where we are building the nation’s largest plant for the manufacture of swimming pools.
Our company has engineered a new category swimming pool through a patent-pending manufacturing process. We convert used shipping containers into beautiful swimming pools. You’ll enjoy working with a small team of makers who are passionate about our products.
Summary of Position
We are hiring 5-6 welders and and steel fabricators. If you enjoy making and building things, this is the position for you! We are hiring now – some candidates start within 3-10 days of interviewing.
Responsibilities/ Essential Functions of the Position:
- Welding (MIG)
- Cutting (Plasma, torch)
- Grinding (NC, manual machine and hand grinding)
- General clean up and organization of welder’s work area
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate Prerequisite
- 1 years hard metal application preferred
- Previous shop technician, grinder and Welder I or II experience
- Ability to communicate
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
- Desire to learn new skills and grow experience
- Good attitude and able to take initiative
- Able to precisely measure
- Excellent hand dexterity
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
