Responsibilities:
Manage and run production parts through the brake.
Experience with GTAW welding of aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel with multiple weld positions.
Interpret engineering drawings to fit large scale pipe to specific requirements to be weld using GMAW hard wire and flux core.
Operate and maintain equipment including welders, grinders, cutting torches, mill and CNC lathe.
Work with heavy equipment, cutting torch, power tools and pipe and structural welding, SMAW in all positions.
Manufacture mobile home frames using fixtures, heat beam for a perfect chamber while applying welding procedures of SMAW and GMAW.
Install, maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing and sewer systems.
Weld: wire stick, carbon arc, and TIG on variety of metal mediums.
Used FCAW welding equipment to join, surface, fabricate and repair parts of metal.
Execute daily operations of inspecting work area, PPE, and machinery used for daily use.
Experience in changing gas, water coolant hoses for TIG equipment, also great communication and teamwork.
Create and modify Fanuc robot programs, including material handling robots and spot and MIG welding robots.
Watch welder weld and grind pipe and they have PPE, used proper equipment for that job.
Determine require equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques.
Qualifications:
Must be able to accurately read measure tape, cut baffles using proper equipment. Must know how to use basic tools. Will be assembling bundles and heat exchangers.
Must pass background No Aggravated Crimes/Hair Follicle and UA
Must have one to two years welding experience.
Must pass a weld test.
