Responsibilities:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Cutting and shaping metal using hand and power tools
- Welding using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick
- Fabricating metal components using bending, rolling, and cutting techniques
- Grinding and polishing metal surfaces
- Assembling and fitting metal components
- Performing precision measurements to ensure accuracy
- Following all safety protocols and procedures
Education and Experience
To qualify for the Welder / Fabricator position with our company, you must have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
- Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

Salary: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
