Jayne Industries Inc is currently seeking a full time Day Shift:

Welding Engineer Technician – Welding and Robotics

Primary Responsibilities:

Stud welding. Become the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Jayne stud welding projects.

¨ Best practices.

¨ Assist customers in resolving technical issues

¨ Conduct customer demonstrations and training

¨ Create, complete and maintain standard work instructions

¨ Create, complete and maintain standard operator’s manual

¨ Maintenance on machines

¨ Maintain acceptable spare parts inventory

Robotic welding. Become the primary programmer of Jayne weld cells

¨ Best practices. Attend Motoman training as required

¨ Develop and maintain a robotic programming priority program

¨ Robotic programming

¨ Develop and qualify welding schedules through samples, destructive and non destructive testing

¨ Conduct run-off, run-at-rate and FMEA

¨ Training robotic operators and setup

¨ Create, complete and maintain standard work instructions

¨ Conduct preventive maintenance on weld cells

¨ Develop and maintain acceptable spare part and consumable inventory levels

Qualifications

Diploma – Welding Engineer Technician – Welding and Robotics

Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Organized and reliable
