Plastics Fabricator / Carpenter / Assembler / CNC
Location: Paris, ON
Major Intersection: Rest Acres Rd & Bethel Rd
Working days: Monday – Friday
Shift timing: 03:30 PM – 02:00 AM (8 – 10 Hours Shift)
Pay Rate: Depending upon experience
Job Description
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints, schematic diagrams, and shop orders/jobs to determine appropriate set-up, production method, and sequence of operation.
- Select, position, and secure any cutters or fixtures required in the fabrication process.
- Inspect and measure work to ensure products are within print specifications.
- Fabricate items per production order and computer-aided design (CAD) print associated with the item.
- Operating machine tools, pneumatic nail guns, and measuring equipment.
- Operating CNC routers and panel saws.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a plastics or signage manufacturing environment.
- Experienced with plastics and/or woodworking machinery and associated hand tools.
- Experience in fabricating acrylics and other related plastic materials.
- Experience working with laminates, veneers, and other laminated products.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Plastic Fabrication: 3 years (preferred)
- CNC Machine: 1 year (preferred)
- Carpenting: 1 year (preferred)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (preferred)
