Jardeg is recruiting a B-Pressure Welder – Journeyperson to join the team at IOL Kearl. Charter flights are provided from Calgary/Edmonton to site! Shift schedules will be on a 14/14 rotation, 12 hours per day. While working on site, workers will be staying at the Wapasu camp which will provide hot meals, lodging, workout facility, Wi-Fi, commissary and much more! We also have new HIGHER rates for all craft workers!
Minimum Requirements:
Journeyperson Certificate of Completion in the Welding trade
Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS-09 or 2020) Certification
Fall Protection
Aerial Work Platform
Confined Space
Overhead Crane and Basic Rigging
First Aid – Level A or C
Valid Driver’s License
Welding tickets and/or welder performance qualification testing required – as per Site’s Performance Qualification testing of welder’s guideline:

Responsibilities:
Weld up to 30 inches (FDI) per day when material is available (some welds may be customized while others may be repetitive procedures to complete the work)
Use welding processes such as SMAW and FCAW to weld pressure piping
Follow various company policies and procedures
