We are currently looking for a General Shop Labourer for the shop fabrication department, working the day shift. Day to day responsibilities will vary from cleanup to pickups and deliveries, to cutting materials.

You will be personable, reliable, and dedicated and have a valid G drivers license and a reliable vehicle to get to and from work.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Cleanup of fabrication shop

· Pickups and deliveries to site

· Loading and unloading of tools

· Inventory of items in stock

· Cut metal using band saw

· Grind, Polish metal as required to finish fabrication projects

Required Experience & Qualifications:

· Good character and attitude with the ability to adhere to strict safety protocols

· G class Ontario Driver’s License

· Ability to work in a team or alone

· Can read/write/understand English

· Be good with your hands (Dexterity)

· Ability to consistently lift 10 lbs.

· Ability to occasionally lift 25-40 lbs.

· Ability to follow instruction

· Commitment and Punctuality

· Own reliable transport

· Certified Forklift Operator would be an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
