CFR – Custom Fabricating & Repair, is a Family Owned, Second Generation Stainless Steel equipment manufacturing company who is a market leading Sanitary System Integrator for the Dairy and Food Industries. We are looking for experienced applicants to fill several positions in our Stainless Steel equipment manufacturing facility located in Marshfield,WI.

We also have great opportunities for qualified applicants on our Field Installation Crews. Each has a need for Fabricators, Fitters, Welders and Finishers for stainless steel food equipment and installation.Custom Fabricating & Repair also has need for Project Managers/Engineers, Controls Engineers, Controls Technicians for our Controls Department .

Fabricators and fitters need to safely manufacture and install equipment from raw material, fitting, welding and finishing experience is required. Welders need experience in producing quality TIG and MIG welds of Stainless Steel materials. Finishers will need to be able to grind and polish various welds and materials, to make them sanitary and smooth, meeting USDA requirements.

Field installers would travel to job sites to install manufactured components,equipment and process systems

Controls engineers and Controls Technicians would design, assemble, program,and integrate the controls for CFR manufactured process systems.

Project Manager/Engineer would work with sales to coordinate the customers request. This would include communication, design, drafting and managing the project from start to finish. Travel would be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $38.00 per hour
