Overview

We are now accepting resumes/applications for EXPERIENCED Flux Core Welders/Fabricators for the Berwick and surrounding area. Duties/Responsibilities may/may not be limited to the following:

  • Required Credentials:
    • Driver’s License/Identification
    • Social Security Card/Birth Certificate
  • Must be able to pass 3G & 4G test (Testing site TBD)
  • Must have Flux Core welding and fabricating experience
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprint drawings
  • Experience in shipyard is preferred
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent math skills with ability to efficiently read a tape measure
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrate strong work ethic
    • Demonstrate consistency in quality of work
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 LBS
    • Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, squat, or kneel regularly, as well as climb stairs and ladders to complete tasks.
  • Must have own welding shield and PPE (hard hat, steel toes, gloves, & safety glasses.)
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Pay:
    • $21.00/Hour
    • Weekly Pay
    • Pay Schedule: Monday – Sunday
  • Schedule:
    • 8-12 Hour Days
    • Monday – Friday
    • Weekends (as needed)
  • Duration of Job: Full-Time (Base on Job Performance)
