FRANKOR CAPITAL CORPORATION – Hydraulic cylinder manufacturer
Frankor is a growing hydraulic cylinder manufacturer located in Cambridge, ON. We are looking for an energetic individual who prefers to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Support assembly and welding with material handling.
· Press in bushings and inserts.
· Comfortable using the grinder, drill press and a variety of air tools used in the manufacturing process.
· Support assembly with cleaning of either parts or the assembly areal in general.
· Assist with packaging and handling of our product from the time we receive the raw material until it leaves our facility to go to the customer.
· Assist with the testing of cylinders and with testing equipment maintenance.
Skills required
· Excellent hand eye coordination
· Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively
· Ability to multitask.
· Must be available to lift up to 40lbs.
· Willingness and ability to work as part of a team
· Strong attention to detail
· Excellent fine manual dexterity is required
Experience required
- Minimum secondary school education
- Metal working industry knowledge of welding and grinding
- Experience grinding and prepping parts
- Experience with air tools
