Overview
The Weld Tech will be responsible for the following;
- Set-up and adjust robotic GMAW production parameters to maintain part quality, part dimensions and cycle time
- Trouble shoot weld robots and weld controls
- 4yrs+ experience in automotive robotic welding required
- Requires an understanding of automotive quality systems (ex. TS16949 or IATF)
- PPAP experience required
- Experience with Lincoln/Fanuc a plus but not necessary
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Reports to the Operations Manager
This position is for a straight weekend shift Friday thru Sunday. 5 am to 5:30 PM

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Certified GMAW weld tech from an accredited college.
Robot knowledge – Fanuc, ABB
Competent with weld inspection and rework welding
General robot maintenance.
Robot mod pos
Resistance weld trouble shooting
Strong mechanical maintenance background
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
