Crestline Coach Ltd. is currently looking for a Welder.
Permanent Nightshift position as a Welder.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:45pm to 4:15am
We are looking for a Welder who is mechanically inclined and has Mig and Tig experience.
As a Welder you will:
- Perform all necessary welding and/or body building procedures for the ambulance conversion (floors, roofs, walls, doors) or component pieces (bumpers, compartments, running boards, and all powder coat parts) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
- Buff, sand, or grind components as per the specified finish.
- Ensure the quality of the component pieces conforms to specifications.
As a Welder you will have:

- Mig and Tig welding experience, aluminum experience is an asset
- Machine operator (ironworker, saw, shear, forklift) experience is an asset
- Experience and ability to use hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read drawings and a tape measure to 1/32” tolerance
As a Welder you will be able to:
- Stand for more than 8 hours in a shift
- Climb a ladder and stairs multiple times per shift
- Kneel, crouch and crawl for extended periods of time
- Carry, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs
- Reach forward and overhead at or beyond a full arm’s length for an extended period of time
