Full Job Description

Bayliss Boatworks is looking for the next generation of custom boatbuilders. We are currently hiring from ALL INDUSTRIES to join us on our mission to build the best custom sportfishing yachts in the world.

Qualified candidates will be proficient in TIG/MIG welding and have experience working with Aluminum and Stainless Steel. Fabrication and machining skills as well as an attention to details are a must. Experience operating a CNC mill is a plus.
